As you are hopefully aware, we are posting all the sermons online at our website and to do this we are needing to record the sermon as one track to make life easy to turn the sermon into a podcast.
We start the podcast of right at the reading of the scripture, so it is important to get the title in this process. Bro. Johns knows this and usually announces his sermon title 2 - 3 times, to give us a heads up and also to give the congregation time to find the passage. During this time, it would be good to start recording as soon as you hear him announce the scripture.
Also at altar call, it is not necessary to record the music since it has to be cut out for copyright reasons. Once he gives the altar call and the music & singers begin, you can end the CD recording and finalize.
